About Me

The Full Picture

Natural leader. Formally trained. Built through relentless hard work.

Where I Come From

I grew up in the Bay Area with a deep respect for education. Not just the kind that comes with a diploma, but the kind you earn by paying attention, asking the right questions, and doing the work correctly. I've always believed that if you're going to learn something, you learn it the right way. That means understanding the fundamentals, seeking out people who know more than you, and building a real foundation rather than shortcuts.

I'm trained across most of what I do. Whether that came from formal instruction, mentorship, or immersing myself completely in a field until I understood it from the inside out, I've never been satisfied with surface-level knowledge. I absorb everything around me, ask questions others don't think to ask, and refuse to stop until I understand how something actually works. I've been described as a sponge. I walk into a room and leave knowing more than when I arrived.

I'm a natural born leader and I've always led by example. Not by title, not by volume, but by showing up prepared, doing the work at a higher standard, and making the people around me better. Leadership isn't something I perform. It's how I operate. The teams I've been part of have consistently looked to me to set the tone, and I take that seriously.

That combination of proper training, relentless drive, and leading from the front has defined my career more than any credential. I've built skills across data analytics, marketing strategy, business development, operations, and emergency services. Not because I was handed the tools, but because I went and found them and learned them the right way. People who've worked with me have called me the person most likely to succeed. Not because things came easily, but because I don't stop until the result is right.

Outside of Work

Sports & Fantasy Football

A former athlete who never stopped competing. I run fantasy football with my friends and serve as commissioner in four leagues which, if you know fantasy football, is basically a second job in accountability, conflict resolution, and keeping 40+ people happy.

Entrepreneurship

I've always had something running on the side. Currently that includes Partee Golf and a commercial window cleaning business. Building things from scratch is where I'm most at home.

Community & Volunteering

I stay active locally toy drives, SFFD events, and community gatherings. I wanted to go into the fire service until my body had other plans. That chapter never fully closed; I just found other ways to show up.

Travel & Culture

I travel to learn, not just to see. I want to eat where the locals eat, understand the history, and leave knowing something I didn't before. New places, new foods, new perspectives that's the whole point.
